Arja Taaveniku is a distinguished business leader and the Chief Executive Officer of Home Centre at Landmark Group. In addition to her executive role, Arja serves as an Investment Director at Landmark group investment, the investment arm of Landmark Group. With over three decades of experience in international home retail and investment sectors, Arja brings a strategic vision and operational excellence to her leadership positions.
Arja holds an MBA from the Stockholm School of Economics, which underpins her robust expertise in business strategy, customer proposition development, and product value chains. Her extensive career includes pivotal roles such as Group Executive and Chief Executive Officer of Kingfisher International Products Limited at Kingfisher plc, Chief Executive of Ikano Group S.A., and various leadership positions at IKEA Group, where she served from 1989 to 2012, including Global Business Area Director.
At Landmark group investment, Arja leverages her deep industry knowledge and strategic acumen to identify and nurture investment opportunities that drive sustainable growth and value creation. Her commitment to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives ensures that Landmark group investment not only achieves financial success but also fosters responsible and ethical business practices.
Arja is also a Non-Executive Director, appointed in February 2021, and actively participates in several Board Committees, including Audit and Risk, Nomination, and Remuneration Committees.
